Ashton United are looking for someone who will be able to coach and lead our women’s first team but also manage and drive our player recruitment.

The main responsibilities are to develop a thriving women’s team which lives the ethos of the club. You will also be an integral part of defining and moulding that ethos into a club philosophy and widespread understanding of what it means to be “an Ashton United player”. This position will play a pivotal role in developing women’s football across the club, ensuring the establishment and smooth running of a fully funded and competitive women’s first team. You will take responsibility for a high-performance culture for players and senior coaching team, and for creating and sustaining high standards of conduct, role modelling those standards at all times.
